Every West Campus family needs to complete the Local Control Funding Form once a year. It takes about 5 minutes, and it’s one per household — not one per student.
All students who take part in After School activities — sports, clubs, library study — must complete the Expanded Learning form. About 3 minutes; you’ll need your student’s ID number.
The Foundation covers the $73 fingerprinting fee for the first 20 adults who sign up. Fingerprinting runs 4:00-6:00 PM in the front office at Back to School Night on Thursday, August 27 — sign-ups close August 26.
Thursday, August 27, 4:00-7:11 PM. Fingerprinting from 4:00, food in the quad from 4:30, band at 5:15, welcome at 5:30, and classroom visits from 5:50. Bring cash for food.
Our goal this year is $6,000 to fund classroom supplies, books, art materials, and $200 reimbursements for every staff member. Every gift helps.
