West Campus Foundation for Excellence

Reimbursements

The West Campus Foundation for Excellence would like to support the school in many ways. The money raised each year through fundraising and donations helps support these causes. You can also refer to our bylaws and mission statement for more information. 

As part of our goal, we would like to help fund the needs not met by the school budget. We have budgeted special request funding each semester.

 

Funding

The Special Request form is needed to get approval for the funding. Forms need to be submitted more than 1 week prior to a general foundation meeting so the request can be reviewed at the meeting. The special request form should be given to the president or e-mailed at president@wc-fe.org. Click Here for Form.

 

Reimbursement

The Check Request form is needed to submit receipts to get reimbursed. Click Here for Form.

 
We also will fund each West Campus instructor or counselor up to $100 for incidental classroom or student needs each year. This just needs a receipt and a check request form given to the president or treasurer or emailed to president@wc-fe.org or placed in the Foundation mailbox in the front office. I would suggest an email to make sure the form is picked up if left in the mailbox and you have not heard back in more than 2 weeks.
