The West Campus Foundation for Excellence uses the money raised each year through fundraising and donations to support the school and it’s community .
Our spending is transparent and is outlined in our bylaws and mission statement.
We work closely with the school to determine if an item can be covered and which budget it should come from.
Do you have an expense or are expecting an expense and you are wondering if we can cover it? Please submit using the form below and we will assess and work with you on it. This form is used for both school and Foundation reimbursement requests.
West Campus instructors/counselors are allocated up to $200 a year per the Foundation budget for incidental classroom/student needs, but we also are open to other requests. Please submit via the form so we can help assess if we are able to cover the cost and track it to completion.
Funding & Reimbursement
The Special Request form is needed to get approval for the funding. Forms need to be submitted more than 1 week prior to a general foundation meeting so the request can be reviewed at the meeting.
You can put in a request to assess the feasibility of a request, but to be reimbursed, we will also need receipts, uploaded to the shared cited on the form. Please fill out the form with as much information as possible.
