Our board updates the master list and the information below annually to identify known events and manage volunteer needs throughout the year. This helps the board anticipate and organize volunteer support for our events and initiatives. Once we have the necessary details, we will post this information on our website which populates the above opportunities we work to keep current.

Additionally, in 2024, we have incorporated Signup.com to better organize and coordinate volunteer signups for events, which you can view here.

Volunteer Needs & Opportunities

• Dance Parent Liaison — help the student dance chairs with parent SignUps for food and volunteering
• Technical Support — auction software, web page — we can teach you!
• Website Lead — work with Elementor, WordPress, custom CMS, coordination for content
• Social Media — help schedule posts and events, increase engagement and responsiveness, build out additional channels
• Hospitality — help with teacher appreciation activities
• February Gala — help plan and execute the event, help with sponsorships, donations, and volunteers
• May Unity Festival — help plan and execute the event
• College Tours — coordinate with counselors to plan college tours for juniors
